How do you calculate moving costs?
We calculate moving costs primarily on an hourly basis. The total cost depends on the number of movers needed, the number of trucks required, and the driving distance for your move. This ensures that you only pay for the services your move actually requires.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Orlando and proudly serve Orlando and the surrounding areas, including Kissimmee, Sanford, Oviedo, and more.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are fully licensed and insured to ensure your items are protected throughout the moving process
Do you require a deposit?
No, we don’t require a deposit. We believe in keeping things simple — you only pay once the move is completed. We just ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel, you give us at least 48 hours notice.
Is there a minimum number of hours for a move?
Yes, we have a 2-hour minimum to cover labor costs and ensure our team can provide quality service.
Do you charge for travel/driving time?
Yes, we charge for travel time because it contributes to the total hours needed for your move, which increases the hourly cost
Do you provide packing services?
We currently do not offer packing services, but we can provide guidance on how to pack efficiently.
Can you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes, our experienced team can disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed for your move.
Do you do long-distance moves or just local moves?
Yes, we handle long-distance moves within Florida. All moves are in-state, so we can ensure our team arrives safely and on time while maintaining the quality service you expect.
Do you offer storage services?
We don’t offer storage services at this time, but we can recommend trusted storage facilities in the area.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Cash App, and Venmo.
Are you available on weekends or evenings?
Yes we are available 7 days a week.
